Management Team
Uri Man
Uri Man has been actively engaged in the development of master-planned communities in the Houston market for over eight years. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Land Tejas, the largest developer of master-planned communities in Houston. Land Tejas is consistently recognized as a top residential development company, with over 14 master-planned communities and more than 20,000 lots across the Houston metropolitan area. Its award-winning communities include Balmoral, Lago Mar, and Sunterra. The company’s pipeline of more than 16,000 lots was subsequently acquired by Starwood Land.
During his tenure, Mr. Man was a member of the Land Tejas loan committee, where he played a pivotal role in community development. His responsibilities included overseeing amenity design, marketing, lot sales to builders, entitlement approvals, and capital raising. He also served as the company’s lead spokesperson for these efforts.
With over two decades of real estate development experience, Mr. Man has overseen the development of more than 4,500 apartments and 2,000 homes. He has held executive roles at notable organizations such as Kenco Communities, The Related Group, Gables Residential, and Ram Development. Additionally, Mr. Man previously served as CEO of Crystal Lagoons US Corp., where he spearheaded the company’s entry into the U.S. market.
Mr. Man holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Greg Singleton
Greg Singleton brings more than 20 years of real estate and finance experience to his role as President of The Lagoon Development Company. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s daily operations, with a focus on investor relations and corporate financial ventures. His extensive experience with real estate projects worldwide provides The Lagoon Development Company with the insight and expertise needed to deliver exceptional, world-class developments.
Before joining The Lagoon Development Company, Mr. Singleton served as President of Metro Development Group for 13 years, where he was instrumental in bringing the first-ever multi-acre Crystal Lagoon amenity to completion in the United States.
Previously, Mr. Singleton spent 13 years as Senior Vice President at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo company, where he honed his expertise in finance and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and attended Graduate Banking School at Louisiana State University.
Mr. Singleton is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on its master-planned community council. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting.
